Privacy notice for Creator by Recollective. Updated October 21, 2026.
What you share
Creator stores the account details you provide, including your name and email, a protected password record, profile and channel details, audience information, and optional rates. Network accounts also provide company and contact details and may upload creator rosters. We record your brand choices, recommendations, partnership requests, messages, notification settings, and account support requests.
How it is used
Recollective uses this information to operate your account, understand potential brand fits, review recommendations, respond to messages, and support creator partnerships. Session information, security records, and email delivery events help us protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the service. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Creator also remembers interface preferences in your browser.
Who can see it
Your Creator profile, rates, brand interest, and messages are available to you and authorized Recollective administrators. A network can manage the creators and rates in its own roster. Other networks cannot browse that private roster. Brand accounts do not automatically receive access to your private rate or messages. Sharing interest or being recommended does not publish a public profile or confirm a booking.
Infrastructure and email providers process information needed to host Creator, store its records, and deliver service emails. Authorized Recollective tools may read operational information to help the team review activity and keep the service running. If a partnership progresses, its information-sharing and commercial details should be addressed in that separate process.
Your choices
You can update your profile and rates and manage available email preferences inside Creator. Turn reply emails on or off in Messages. Essential account-access emails, including password recovery and email confirmation, are separate from optional opportunity notifications. Creator accounts can export their available account data or request deletion in account settings. Network and brand administrators can contact j@recollective.me for account-data requests.
Retention and deletion
Information remains stored while it supports your account and Recollective’s operations. A deletion request starts a review; it does not instantly erase all records. Disabling or deleting account access may leave historical messages, recommendation snapshots, audit records, and backups. Contact us to discuss deletion of particular information and any records that need to be retained. We will explain the handling of your request rather than promise immediate removal of every historical record.
Questions or corrections
Contact j@recollective.me with privacy questions, corrections, or requests about your information. This notice describes Creator’s current service practices; it does not replace any separate campaign agreement. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
